VP Communications

Miranda Caley is a third-year journalism student minoring in women’s and gender studies from southeast Newfoundland.

This is her second year as Vice President Communications, and she has been a part of JSOC since her first year at Carleton. Miranda runs JSOC’s social media, creates our infographics, and promotes our events!

In her free time, Miranda spends most of her time playing with makeup, listening to the Simply Podlogical podcast, and avoiding doing the dishes at all costs. She loves acting and music, and will absolutely correct you if you mispronounce Ariana Grande’s name.

For her future plans, while very contrasting ideas often bounce around in her head, she intends on becoming a journalist in either the entertainment or investigative field.
